Smoked Turkey Korma with Chilli & Garlic Roasted Courgettes and Fragrant Long Grain Rice

Microwave reheating guidance (meal prep)
From chilled (0-5C)
 Pierce film/lid corner. Heat 2:30-3:30 minutes (900W) or 3:00-4:00 minutes (800W).
 Rest 1 minute, then stir the korma through the rice for even heat.
 Ensure piping hot throughout before eating.
